Help-seeking – Organisational level checklist

1. There are regular activities with the goal of reducing stigma around stress and burnout (such as Mental Health Day, stress management educations, having speakers on the topic, etc.)

2. Information about occupational health care/support programs available is clear and accessible.

3. There are regular activities with the goal of increasing knowledge for leaders/managers on the topics of risk factors, stress and burnout prevention, as well as stress management

4. There is clear information about routines concerning how the organisation supports urgent cases

5. There is clear information about routines concerning how the organisation supports rehabilitation.

6. Everyone within the organisation knows where they can go and who to talk to if they are experiencing mental health concerns 

7. Taking sick leave due to mental ill health is welcomed when it comes to organisational culture.

8. Employees are regularly asked to give suggestions regarding any changes for the organisation they wish to see (for example, through a yearly survey)

9. There is an open-door policy for all managers to encourage employees to come and talk about any concerns.
