At RECILIO, we use a “Privacy by Design”, and a “Privacy by Default” approach. As such, we strive to only gather the bare necessity of your personal data. We also go out of our way to be transparent and explain how we gather and process your personal data.

Our privacy policy is based on the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) and the Data Inspectorate’s regulations. Why do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data in order to give you a pleasant experience and provide you with our services and products, as well as to be able to invite you to our events, send you our newsletters, share information, etc. The purpose of collecting personal data is to enter into or fulfil a contract with you.

What data do we collect about you – and why?

We strive to process as little personal data about you as possible. This means that we do not collect any more personal data than is necessary to be able to enter into or fulfill contracts with you. In order to be able to enter into and fulfill contracts with you, we need data about your first name, surname, e-mail address, company address, job position, and other contact details. Personal data also include the data from your answers on questionnaires provided by Recilio. We do not have more access to your personal data than the data that you have provided to us.

How do we protect your personal data?

Your security is important to us. Therefore, we have taken appropriate technical, organisational and administrative security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access and other unauthorised processing. We regularly analyse and evaluate the measures in order to ensure that protection of your data is as safe as possible.

Who do we disclose your data to?
